| Overview |
The sharing framework and directory structure
are created in order to organize all the artifacts and enable artifacts to be passed from agent to agent for
different activities. This activity is usually preforming by the programmer. |

- Gain access to a server
- Organize the file directories
- Communicate directory structure and file naming conventions to other agents so that files could be
saved and named appropriately

| Activities |
Accessing a File Server
The process involved getting in touch (via email or face to face) with an owner of a file server and requesting
server space. Space was then allocated to the project and a password and userid were given for security purposes.
One user ID and password was used by the entire team, so that files could be shared easily.
