A director movie is a mulimedia document that enables the user to interact with a presenation using sound, images, video and text.

  Any extra artifacts such as video and sound would be nice to have before beginning the creation of a director movie but sometimes this is not available immediately.

• Director Movie (.dcr file)

  The final director movie will most likely be a projector file (a file which plays the presenation without the need of Macromedia Director). The movie files for the Web will most likely be shockwave files (a file which can be viewed in the Internet using the Shockwave plug-in and without the use of Macromedia Director).
