Artifact: Electronic Process Guide

Overview

The electronic process guide is a document which includes what agents, artifacts, and activities there were and what their descriptions and needs were in the project. This is done so that the entire project process can be studied as a reference for future projects.

Initial artifacts

Answers to an EPG questionaire (given to the agents by the EPG to answer)
It is helpful if some of the artifacts are available for and EPG to examine and document, but since the project is still occuring as the EPG is writing (in this project) this is sometimes impossible.

The "electronic" portion of the process guide can be done in various ways. For this project HTML document were used in order for the guide to be viewd via the web, but it could have been done using adobe postscript files, or by using a director shockwave presentation.

Applications utilized

Microsoft Word
Email (used for distributing the questionairre)
BBedit (or any other HTML editor)
Netscape Navigator (or any other Internet browser)
