"Other text" refers to all other content that is included in the project from text written for the driector files to text written in email correspondance to text written in order to organize and clarify an activity (like a project roles chart).

This could be anything from knowing the theme of the project to simply having a question to ask. All you really need is a purpose for written this text and it may or may not be a detailed purpose.
