Be prepared for "conversion resistance"

One the phenomenon I experienced when I converted my documents I call "conversion resistance." People are not always comfortable with change, even if the change is something they wanted. Change puts people out of their comfort zone, and changing a document's method of delivery, although it may make their jobs easier, is still a change and may cause conscious or even unconscious resistance. You may want to plan for this as part of your conversion activities.
